Okie.. I'm not gonna mess with some big shiny formatting.. I'm just gonna put it here for everyone to decide.
Kairan, is, of course, evil. ^^ (He is the shitennou of chaos, after all.) Friends will be anyone who is for the same cause he is - spreading disharmony around the world, giving the senshi a daily or weekly beatdown, laughing when those on the side of good fail.. the usual. This would include other shittenou (unless said shittenou choose the side of good), mirror senshi, and anyone that generally loves causing trouble.
Enemies - anyone good. The senshi, mankind, the royal family, etc. Anyone who is generally out to stop him from causing trouble, really. (I forsee this as being a long list.)
Lovers - he's straight, so no males as far as I know unless he's simply doing you to get to something or someone he wants. (Yes, he's that darn evil.) He would even go after a senshi if the mood strikes him, just before turning on her to show her he can't be changed. (He's a manipulative little demon.) He'd entertain the idea of having a permanent person in his life, but that would take quite a bit of work.
Anyone who doesn't go into one of those sections is an 'other'.. I'm not exactly sure who those people would be (for example's sake) but it's pretty much an 'if you don't belong there, you belong here' type thing. ^^
