Yet another boring day, fluttered through his mind as he made his way down the main street in Crystal Tokyo. As always, the only other thought on his mind besides that was How can I cause trouble? As if the gods were watching out for him (it was doubtful), he spotted it - the gaming center. They had games of every sort.. PacMan, Tetris, Pong.. and they all involved money somehow. Grinning, he headed inside.
It was a small building, but it suited thier needs. Every machine required coins to play even one game, and you weren't even gauranteed a win. In fact, nobody here ever was. It was sheer luck or chance, just like everything else in life seemed to be. Well that was about to change.
Spotting a rather lovely woman on the other side of the room, he smiled warmly and winked at her. She smiled, but as if in response to the moment, all of the machines went off, signaling that everyone had won at the same exact time. Tickets to buy thier prize of choice spilled from thier slots almost endlessly. That was nearly impossible.. at least it seemed to be. What in the world was going ON here?
The explanation was simple. It was all his doings. He, unbeknownst to everyone here, was the shittenou of Chaos.. and everyone winning at the exact same time, no matter thier game of choice, would cause that.. at least for a moment. As he turned his head, looking towards the exit, his eyes settled on someone that.. he felt should've seemed familiar, though he didn't see how. Nodding courteously, he greeted the person. "Good afternoon."

The Arcade was calling to her. She could feel it. Hear it. A Siren’s songs of 8-bit beeps and blips. The sound of tickets being dispensed and buttons mashed. Oh, how it was calling for her. She had to ignore it. She is professional right now, yeah!
With a huffing noise, Hibiki squared her shoulders and turns her attention back to the laptop resting on her legs. She blinks at the screen and the scrolling numbers, hunching forward as she glances up to make sure none were near. Granted, none could see what happened to be on her screen due to the transparent guard placed there. One would have to get right over her shoulder for such snooping. It was why Hibiki positioned herself further down the bench, seating herself right before the windows to the arcade started.
She chuckles quietly to herself, fingers once more flying over the keys as she tapped into the Arcade’s system. The place happened to be up to date with how they rigged and tracked the various games in the establishment, connecting every game hub to a central system. A system she had taped into with a simple Bluetooth USB drive, the twin now plugged into her laptop’s side. She was such a regular to the arcade that no one took any notice when Hibiki slipped briefly into the back. They had taken notice when she chose to sit outside, rather than waste her coin on the games. Oh well, another day for that.
Clack, clack, clack. Her fingers blazed across the keys as she added a few extra lines of code into the system. The usual display that flashed before each game loaded with the arcade’s logo would have an extra frame. Just a quick flash and a subliminal message to get planted. Only a message to check out a website she had uploaded earlier that day. One that happened to focus all on the happening of the Senshi! Anonymous comments were a go on the site’s forums and already she had a few random souls chime in that they were Senshi, all she had to do was trace their IPs and check them out in person. Brilliant!
Hibiki mentally patted herself on the back as she pressed enter and double-clicked. Uploading! just a few more moment and her code would be in the main system to display her message. Hibiki’s gaze fixated on the upload bar before her eyes. 10% 26% 43% 58% 70% 87% 94%! Hibiki unconsciously leans forward over her laptop as she watches the upload complete, a wide smile spreading her lips. ’I am a genius and a coding god and-‘
The constant hum of the arcade games suddenly stopped Hibiki looks up in a panic, mumbling. ”Wasn’t suppose to do that…Oh-“ She glances behind her, watching as everything roars back to life and systems begin to chime out winners all over the room. Her eyes go wide as a mental Chibi Hibiki frantically runs about the inside of her brain in a panic. ’Not good, not good!! AHHHHHHHHH!
She gulps audibly as she quickly snaps the laptop closed. ”I think I should leave…now.” Hibiki begins to pack her laptop away, hands shaking now as she slips it into her bag. She stands up, glancing back at the Arcade before movement catches her eye. ’Oh Shi-‘
She stares up at the man who addressed her, taking him in. ’Woah.’ This man had red hair far more brilliant than the new hot guy at her school. Well, he was HOTTER too. Why was he talking to her!? She blinks, the rising blush on her cheeks quickly fading away as she pales. ’I didn’t do anything!’
”Uh hi. I was just..umh…leaving and and-“ She stammers, adjusting the bag over her shoulder as her feet slowly inch away from the arcade. ”Looks like this place is in an uproar and I rather not be involved!” She gives a sheepish smile, glancing up at the man again only to blush harder. ’Damn. Damn Damn. ESCAPE. DROP AGGRO. OH KAMI-SAN!’

He laughed. "Why the rush? All I said was good afternoon." He looked at her, catching sight of the laptop. He mentally shrugged. She could've just been browsing the net, for all he knew. He was the one who had made the chaos descend.. not she.. which brought the question from before back around - why was she in such a rush to get out of here? He had done or said nothing to cause her to panic.. not that he knew of, anyhow.
She was a cute little woman, though, with her bright blonde hair and blue eyes. She seemed rather innocent at first glance, but first impressions weren't always true to form. He knew that for a fact.. hell, he embodied that. He always seemed like an attractive, well-seeming man to others but in truth, he was anything but that. His looks simply made it incredibly easy to infiltrate the hearts and minds of others. All he had to go was grin, say a few sweet words, and that was it.. they were his for the taking. Ah, how he loved working for the opposite side.
It seemed, that with only a 'good afternoon', he had made her all sort of flustered already. Damn.. maybe he was better than he thought. He nodded towards her laptop. "Nice computer.. any chance I can take a look at it? I've been looking into getting one, but I haven't quite decided which one to buy. Is the one you have any good?" It was an outright lie, but he didn't want to stand there looking like an idiot without something to say, so he brought up the first thing he'd observed about her.

Alright.. so an arcade wasn't normally anywhere that Hiroshi would be caught dead in. What possessed him to enter, he had absolutely no idea. Perhaps it was the fact that he was itching for some kind of distraction from his studies.. from the fact that he was technically supposed to helping to save the world but effectively ignoring that part. Or maybe it was because Hiroshi was feeling lonely. Someone to talk to besides a person who wanted his help with homework wouldn't be that bad, would it?
So here he was, in a place that he felt completely like a fish out of water. Really far from any body of water. Hopelessly far. Sighing, Hiroshi began to fish around in his pocket for a few coins. He knew that he would have to stick with a simple game because he was so horrible at these kinds of things that it wasn't even funny. The black haired boy approached a Pacman machine that looked like it was older than his mother and slipped the coin inside the slot.
Hiroshi didn't have a chance to make it to a very impressive level. In fact, he didn't even make it past the first level. Blinking as the game shut off entirely, Hiroshi took a step back. Did someone accidentally unplug it? Did a little obnoxious kid unplug it on purpose? He peered around the back of the machine. No, it was still plugged in. Figures.. I pick a disfunctional machine.. However, the confused chatter of the rest of the arcade attracted his attention. As he looked up, Hiroshi discovered the all the games were out.
He took a few steps behind him, thinking that perhaps he had overstayed his welcome. The paranoia that existed in the back of his mind illogically figured that somehow the outcast would be blamed for the issue. Taking a few more steps, Hiroshi's back came into contact with an object. No, wait.. a warm object. He stumbled a bit. Oh no.. Don't tell me I hit someone again! Quickly, Hiroshi turned around to come face to face with a girl with a laptop and a rather handsome man with long hair. He figured he'd probably bumped into the girl. "I'm such a clumsy one today.."

”R-rush? Oh! I just don’t want to get caught up in the insanity unleashed inside the Arcade you see. Was just getting here but it seems as if the entire Arcade has buggy machines! Haha.” Hibiki pulled on a big grin and an innocent look as she reaches back with her free arm to scratch at the back of her head. The blush rises once more. ’Why is he paying any attention to me? Mouu!!’ She re-adjusts the strap of her bag, arm dropping as she stands there looking stupid.
”Oh! My laptop? Oh, it’s just a modded T679 SL. You can get something similar at any electronic store if you don’t mind going with out flashy LCD lights and the upgraded I purchased for it’s guts. Hee, I juiced up the video card and popped some larger ram sticks for my needs.” In a flash the nervousness fades and Hibiki is all knowledge and boastful talk. She walks back over to the bench’s side in front of the Arcade’s doors, turning to the red-headed man as she pulls her laptop back out and turns it on. She balances it on one palm, snapping it open as her free hand flourishes over the keys to type in her log-in password. Oh, this specific one would boot up her computer in it’s ‘civi mode’. All hacking-happy programs would be hidden and only her leisure music programs and games would have access. What? Didn’t everyone hack their own computers to have the password for one login take them to different accounts?
Hibiki smiles up to the stranger, holding the laptop out to him now for inspection. ”What exactly are you looking for in a computer? –or rather what will you be doing with it? Mine’s rather heavy because I use some hefty programs on it and the larger screen is nice for gaming, but they have slimmer models that are great for travel. My bro has one for work that he lugs around. So what is it y-“
Hibiki’s rapid fire talk breaks off into a yelp of surprise as someone slams into her back. She quickly gets a firm grip in her laptop, snapping it shut and drawing it to her chest in one motion as she whirls around to confront her attacker. HEY! watch it, you-“ Once more, Hibiki’s voice cuts off as reconization dawns on her face. It was a fellow student from her classes! This was shy boy who didn’t talk much, but who seemed to be polite. Hibiki smiles brightly as his name surfaces in her mind, ”Ah, Hidama-senpai! How are you today? Huh, I’ve never seen you about the Arcade before.”

Buggy machines? No.. not entirely. It had been him all along.. he just wasn't about to admit it to someone he didn't know a thing about. "I don't think they're buggy, really. Maybe just a glitch or something," he said, shrugging. "But thing is, why would you panic about buggy machines when you weren't on one? If anything, you'd be complaining if the network had messed up or something, by the way you were into whatever you were doing." He knew that sounded really rude and suspicious, but he was simply pointing out what he had seen.
He only glanced at the male who had run into the girl before answering her. "Honestly, I'm not quite sure. I haven't quite decided. I suppose I'd simply like one to keep in touch with those I know, though I feel that's quite a broad subject," he told her, laughing slightly. He took a better look at the guy once she had turned to speak to him as if she knew him. Truly, he didn't care one bit about computers.. he had just come in here to see what sort of trouble he could stir up in his massive amount of boredom. Had he known he would get into this.. well.. okay, he still would've done it, regardless.
